Trenbolone Enanthate is one of the most powerful anabolic steroids in existence. It was originally designed for use by veterinarians to increase the appetite and muscle growth of livestock. It has been proven that it will definitely increase the muscle mass of livestock. The drug has since become popular amongst some bodybuilders who believe that it will promote a greater increase in body mass for humans than can be gained through weight training and that it can also be used to great effect as a fat burner. Human use of Trenbolone Enanthate is illegal.

Trenbolone Enanthate works by increasing the amount of nitrogen that can be taken up by muscles. This raises the amount of protein synthesis that will take place meaning that cells will produce a greater number of new proteins and will grow accordingly. The drug may also stimulate the appetite and slow down the metabolic process which would cause an increase in tissue size.

As with all anabolic steroids, Trenbolone Enanthate has several potential side effects that could be severe and long lasting. The drug is an androgen and if used by females, it could cause an increase in hair growth both on the body and on the face, a much deeper manly voice and a physique that would resemble a man. When used by men, Trenbolone Enanthate can exacerbate male pattern baldness and, because it is an androgen, users may suffer from fits of aggression, a loss in libido or acne. Possibly the most severe side effect that men using Trenbolone Enanthate can suffer from is gynecomastia. This condition is the growth of large mammary glands which can result in the male appearing to have breasts.

There are also side effects that could be suffered by both males and females who use Trenbolone Enanthate. The drug appears to have a strong effect on sleeping patterns with users frequently complaining of insomnia and generally poor quality sleep. Users of Trenbolone Enanthate may also suffer from severe sweats where even the simplest physical activity will cause them to sweat profusely. Unless this excessive amount of sweat is replaced by an increase in fluids then users of Trenbolone Enanthate may suffer kidney damage. It has also been claimed that users of the drug experience blood appearing in their urine and that this is another sign of kidney damage. However this may be Trebolene particles that the body has not broken down which have been excreted in the urine and change its colour. So the extent of kidney damage caused by the use of Trebolene Enathate is unproven.

One of the most severe side effects of using Trenbolone Enanthate is that it can cause cardiovascular impairment. This makes it particularly dangerous for anyone to take the drug who takes part in any activities or sports that require cardiovascular fitness. There have also been many cases where users of Trenbolone Enanthate have developed dangerously high blood pressure.

The effects of taking Trenbolone Enanthate may continue once the user has stopped taking the steroid. The drug suppresses the natural production of testosterone by the user as it alters the Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Testes-Axis (HPTA). This is the area which is responsible for production of the two gonadal hormones that trigger the production of testosterone in the testicles. The effect of Trenbolone Enanthate on the HPTA can be very severe. It may take some time for the Axis to recover and it could require medical advice and hormone treatment before the normal production of testosterone can begin again.

Bodybuilders may be tempted to take Trenbolone Enanthate with its promise of quick results giving greater muscle mass and definition. However the range and severity of the potential side effects greatly outweigh any possible short term gains, especially as the use of Trenbolone Enanthate may leave the user with long term heart damage and other medical problems.
